Luxury Method (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides business consulting and marketing services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on our website www.luxury-method.com, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights.
We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us via the contact form on www.luxury-method.com/contact:

We also collect limited technical data automatically for site operation (only if present): IP address and basic technical details logged by Google Sites hosting. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on the site).
Contact form: when you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to our email address and the submission is stored in a Google Sheet for internal management and follow-up.
Emails: if you email us directly, those emails are stored in our mailbox.
No other tools: we do not use third-party marketing platforms, pixels, heatmaps, or analytics services on the site.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
To respond to your inquiries and messages and to carry out pre-contractual measures you request (Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps / consent when you send the form).
To manage and administrate communications (Legal basis: legitimate interest in maintaining client communications).
To comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting/tax requirements) if applicable.
We do not use your data for automated profiling, marketing, or sales lists unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
Contact form submissions and related email correspondence are retained for up to 24 months from the date of contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
If a contractual relationship is established, we will retain records for the period required by law (e.g., tax/accounting obligations) and as necessary for the performance of the contract.
You may request deletion or restriction of processing at any time (see “Your rights” below).
If you prefer a different retention period, contact us and we will evaluate your request.

Google LLC — for email (Gmail/Google Workspace) and Google Sheets where form submissions are stored. Google acts as a data processor under its agreements with us. Data processed by Google may be stored on servers outside the EEA; appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) are in place via Google’s standard contractual mechanisms.
No other third-party marketing or analytics providers are used on the site.
This website uses only essential/technical cookies required for the operation of Google Sites (if any). We do not use analytics, marketing, or profiling cookies.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

To request deletion or export, send an email to giacomo@luxury-method.com with the subject line “Data Subject Request — [Your name]” and tell us what you want (access, deletion, export, rectification). Please include enough information (your name and email) to allow us to verify your identity. We may ask for a copy of an ID to confirm identity for security reasons.
This website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us to request deletion.
